Vintage new old stock Tex Shoemaker 34K, black basket stamped OWB holster. This is left draw for a Smith & Wesson 4" K frame revolver such as a Model 19, 15, 12 or similar. Holster has a scuff over the Shoemaker star. That was done at factory when a item was no longer in production..
