Vintage Bianchi #5 Blackwidow, brown leather OWB holster. Holster is Right draw for a Smith & Wesson revolver such as a Model 10, 12, 15,19 or similar. This is also for a Ruger medium frame revolver. Slots will fit a belt up to 1 1/2". Very nicely made holster from the days Bianchi made a high quality product her in the U.S.. Leather, stitching and original hardware all in very nice condition.
