Vintage Don Hume H715 M OT 36-4 brown leather open top. Loops will fit a belt up to 1 3/4". Previous owner wrote G17 on rear top edge of holster. Holster is for the following:

Made for semi-automatic pistols & double-action revolvers
Open top with reinforced mouth band to allow for easy one-handed return to holster. Double loops have directional snaps.
The H715-CL carries the firearm in a neutral cant and can be worn strong side, cross draw, or behind the hip. Fits belts up to 1 3/4".
