Vintage Tex Shoemaker 47A black basket stamped swivel holster. This is for a Colt Python up to 6" and will also fit a standard Smith & Wesson K frame revolver. Holster has locking swivel with reinforced welt and 2 1/4" belt hanger. This holster was issued to The California Highway Patrol between the 1970's and 1980's and has the CHP stamp. Leather, stitching and hardware all in very nice condition..
