Vintage new old stock Tex Shoemaker 1970's - 1980's production citation book holder. This was made for California Highway Patrol and is marked as such. This measures 9 1/2" x 5" x 1 1/4". Very rare item you will not see again especially as new old stock. This would also bake a excellent notepad holder..
