Vintage new old stock Don Hume D421 Double Stack B, Open top double magazine carrier. Carrier is brown basket stamped leather with tension screw and 1 3/4" belt slot with 2 directional snaps. Don Hume no longer offers this in basketweave. Carrier will fit the following:
