Vintage new old stock 1990's Tex Shoemaker Co. 91-3 Tri Fold Citation Book Holder. This is black basket stamped leather with Nickel hardware strap to secure holder. Interior has three metal clips to hold citation books, 2 Plexi glass writing surfaces and 3 storage areas for papers. These can be removed if not needed. Very high quality holder that will last a career..
