Vintage New Old Stock Don Hume Hat Band. These hat bands were made for Customs and Border Patrol along with other departments. This is stock from when Don Hume owned and operated the company. Hat strap is black leather 15/16" wide with brass buckle. Band measures 25" end to end.This strap is available in several sizes.
