Vintage Tex Shoemaker New Old stock #89 note book holder. Holder is black leather and front is stamped Public Safety Officer State of Alaska inside 7 pointed star. Holder measures 6 1/2" x 4 1/2". Inside has two pockets for notebooks. Holder is from the 1990's.
