Vintage Keeper Strap Concealable Handcuff Key. This is new old stock and was made for sale by Tex shoemaker. Key is new in packaging and is black metal with a standard cuff key on one end and pin to lock cuffs at other.

This key was designed for secure placement within a standard double snap 2 1/4" duty belt keeper. The inside rails of the key slide under one of the snaps while the opposite end rests around the remaining snap.Once in place in the keeper is closed and the key is secure and obscure.
