Vintage new old stock Tex Shoemaker, plain black open top double magazine carrier with 1 3/4" spring Clip Model SP C 220. The SPC designation indicates this style was a special order item. On occasion when a item was made at a department request there was a overrun or additional items were deliberately made for possible future offerings.
