Tex Shoemaker new old stock model 52 Uniform Holster. This is for a Smith & Wesson K frame revolver up to 3". Interior is smooth leather lined and hanger will fit a belt up to 2 1/4". Very rare to find this holster is a 3". This was likely a special order item. These were generally made in 4".
