Vintage Paris Theodore, Seventrees open top handcuff case. Case is black leather with a directional snap for a belt up to 1 3/4". This will hold one set of chain Peerless style handcuffs. This case is stamped N.I.S. being issued to the Naval Investigative Service We have a few of these along with a couple issue model 19 holster also stamped N.I.S. These items were purchase from a gentleman who was with the O.N.I. / N.I.S. and was issued these items. This is a very unique item you will not see again..

Unseen in the best places was Theodore's slogan. Seventrees provided holsters and accessories for under cover agents and 3 letter agencies. In the 1970's Theodore operated in the garment district of New York City.
