Vintage new old stock, Tex Shoemaker brown leather accessory case. Case is brown leather with nickel hardware. Rear has a 2 1/2" loop with directional snap. Interior measurements are 2 3/4" High x 2" Wide x 1 1/8" Deep. Bottom has a circular cut out 1/2" in diameter to push a item up and out. This may have been for a Mic box or panic button. This could be used for latex gloves, narcan or similar objects. This is new old stock with storage wear..
