Tex Shoemaker brown basketweave, black stitched 204H new old stock handcuff case. Flap has a hook and loop closure. Holder fits Hiatt Oversize 5010 Big Brutus Tri-Hinged cuffs. This would also make a good accessory case for other items. Case measures 4" across top and 5" high and 1" deep. Slots will fit a standard 2 1/4" duty belt.
