Beautiful Vintage Alfonso's New Old Stock G76 black leather, Black stitched Standard Thumb break High Ride Holster. Holster fits a S&W K frame Revolver up to 2 1/2". Holster has sight protector and reinforced thumb break. Loop fits a belt up to 1 3/4". Very similar to the Bianchi 5BHL in design but in my opinion considerably better done.
