Beautiful Tex Shoemaker new old stock brown basketweave white stitched leather Model 103 K double speed loader holder. This holds 2 6 round K frame HKS style speed loaders for .38 cartridges. This will not fit .357 cartridges. Holder has Nickel hardware, Carrier is new old stock produced sometime between the 1970's and 1980's.
