Desantis black leather Thumb Break Scabbard #12. Holster is for a Smith & Wesson K frame revolver 2" to 2 1/2", LEFT draw. Slots will fit a belt up to 1 3/4". Leather, stitching and hardware all in excellent condition. This is new old dealer stock from a dealer who provided holsters and accessories to NYPD in the 1990's. Packaging states this is for the following:
S&W K Frame 10, 12, 15, 19, 64 and 66 2" to 2 1/2"..
