Vintage JAY PEE black leather ankle Rig. Holster is for a small frame Smith & Wesson J frame revolver up to 3" and LEFT draw. Back of holster is suede and padded. This is new old stock from a dealer who provided holsters and gear to N.Y.P.D. officers and detectives in the 1990's.
